To further raise employees’ awareness of safety precautions and enhance risk prevention capabilities, Shandong Fangyuan Construction Materials Co., Ltd. held its Q3 Workplace Safety Conference. Representatives from all departments and relevant production workshop staff attended the meeting.
Li Peng, the company’s safety officer, delivered a summary report on safety management work. Wang Xuewen from the Production Office reviewed safety performance in the third quarter and outlined key priorities for the next phase. He stressed that the company must launch a comprehensive full-scale hazard inspection with the strictest standards. The hazard screening campaign shall be regarded as a core production task at present, so as to strictly control workplace safety risks from the source.
During the safety training session, all participants watched official warning videos of domestic workplace safety accidents. By analyzing root causes based on real accident cases, staff gained an intuitive and profound understanding of the critical importance of workplace safety.
The training comprehensively disseminated professional safety knowledge. It underscored the need to fully implement company-wide safety protocols, build a solid line of defense against safety incidents, intensify large-scale safety inspections and rectification efforts, and fully advance all workplace safety initiatives for the fourth quarter. This conference not only elevated overall safety awareness among all staff, but also laid a solid foundation for the effective delivery of safety management work in the upcoming quarter.
